Cristina Cejas


Cristina is a Spain trained Physiotherapist with an MSc in Sport’s Physiotherapy from the Cardinal Herrera University. She is specialized in osteopathic manual therapy. She has worked as a lead Physiotherapist in private practice in her native city, Cadiz, and in several other clinics and football teams developing her experience in the musculoskeletal and sports field.

Cristina is very committed to furthering her professional development and has focused in the treatment of spine, shoulder and knee injuries. She has trained in Manual therapy, Dry needling, Acupunture, Taping, Visceral and Craneal Therapy and McConnell Method, amongst other specific techniques.

Cristina considers treating the cause of the symptoms the patient is experiencing to be key in her treatments. To achieve this goal she uses a combination of techniques like joint mobilization, soft tissue massage and exercise for releasing restrictive structures and improving its functionality, as well as training advice and correction of poor posture or poor movement patterns to prevent other possible injuries or recurrences.

Cristina loves to travel, play sports, watch a good movie and visit art exhibitions. She is passionate about physiotherapy and how it can help people to be happier.
