Stephanie Santarini


Growing up in Perth Western Australia, Stephanie always showed a passion for singing and dancing. Since a young girl she led a very healthy and active lifestyle, training as a dancer 6 days a week. She continued training and was accepted in to the prestigious West Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) where she studied music theatre and dance. In 2007 she went on to study Bachelor of music major in opera at The University of Western Australia. In 2011 She was accepted to finish her masters of music at Queensland Conservatorium of Music respectively.

Stephanie moved to Melbourne in 2013 to pursue her career in singing and dancing. To keep up with the demands of training for auditions, shows and for injury prevention, Stephanie found her love for Pilates. After working a few years in the theatre industry Stephanie decided to follow her passion of Pilates by furthering her skills and knowledge. In 2015 Stephanie completed Diploma of Clinical Pilates at the prestigious National institute of Pilates in Melbourne, (Pilates international, under PAA alliance). Fully qualifying in Mat and all studio equipment with focus on special conditions, pre and post natal and injury prevention for athletes.

Stephanie had the opportunity to work with the Australian ballet company in preparation for their upcoming shows, using the Pilates method for conditioning and rehabilitation. Contracting in a number of clinics and studios throughout Melbourne of recent times has provided a fantastic broad framework for personal growth and skill development whilst building a strong network of regular clientele.

Through her passion for dance and knowledge in movement, Stephanie has a strong interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation and management from anywhere to elite athletes, to patients recovering from any injury back to everyday life.
